Registration Deadline: 60 days before departure. After this, prices will increase by ₹ 5,000 - 8,000/- per person

ITINERARY: The daily activities included and not limited to that listed below

Day 1: Mumbai - Kuala Lumpur

Welcome to the tour! You shall meet up with the DQLABS guide and other participants at Chhatrapati Shivaji international airport, Mumbai at 00:30 a.m. IST. Short brefing; after check in and immigration, we shall proceed to board the Airline to reach Kuala Lumpur in the afternoon.
After transfer to hotel and check in, get ready for an orientation tour of Kuala Lumpur. Experience the Old City with Architecture representative of Britain and North Africa - Merdaka Square, old Kuala Lumpur Railway station, Sultan Abdul Samad Building, The National Library building, Istana Budaya, Theatre Panggung Bandaraya DBKL (Ar. Arthur Benison Hubback). The evening is free to explore China Town

Day 2: Kuala Lumpur

The morning starts with a meeting with a Architect and visit to a construction site to understand the latest construction technologies.
The afternoon includes a visit to the Observation Deck on Level 86 of the Petronas Towers (Ar. Cesar Pelli), KL Convention Centre (Akitek Jururancang Malaysia), Masjid Negara (National Mosque) and National Visual Arts Gallery. End the evening with shopping at the district of Bukit Bintang – the Golden Triangle. Don’t miss Starhill Gallery (Spark Architects).

Day 3: Kuala Lumpur – Sepang – Putrajaya – Melacca – Kuala Lumpur

After an early morning breakfast, we head towards Sepang to study the F1 Circuit (Ar. Hermann Tilke). Enroute to Melacca, the places that cannot be missed are Seri Wawasan Bridge, The Pink Mosque (Putra Mosque), National Sports Complex, Perdana Putra, Putrajaya Landmark. In Malacca, we visit Baba & Nyonya Museum, Baba & Nyonya Museum, A Farmosa, Dutch Square. We then head back to Kuala Lumpur.

Day 4: Kuala Lumpur

Today we understand the philosophies behind the essence and mix of Malaysia. On schedule is an interaction with an architecture firm / University to join in an interesting discussion about the various influences on Malaysian architecture
After lunch, we will be visiting Resort World, Genting Highlands and will get access to what it takes to run an amusement park.

Day 5: Kuala Lumpur

Today is a free day to use the efficient public transport system and explore Kuala Lumpur by yourselves. Explore the markets, railway stations, parks, malls and all other public spaces. The evening is free for shopping and entertainment (Overnight stay in hotel)

Day 6: Kuala Lumpur - Mumbai

Today we have the morning free to relax and do the last minute shopping that we missed all week. Be back in time to check out of the hotel in the morning and head straight to the airport to catch the afternoon flight back to Mumbai.

Note: Visits to Government Bodies, Universities and interactions with local designers and architects will be accommodated at their respective convenience during the tour.
