New Media Design is a term used to describe all sorts of content available through the use of internet , computers and new ways of electronic communication. In the present context, some of these technologies like CD-ROM are becoming obsolete, and could soon fall under old-media definition. On the other hand, there are upcoming technologies like Virtual Reality that can now be considered as (new) new media. Common examples of new media include websites such as online newspapers, blogs, wikis, video games and social media. It enables people around the world to share, comment on, and discuss a wide variety of topics. Unlike any of the past technologies, New Media is grounded in an interactive community.
