DH24 Event Code of Conduct

Respect for All: Treat all participants, organizers, and speakers with kindness, respect, and consideration, valuing a diversity of views and opinions.
Inclusive Language: Use welcoming and inclusive language, being respectful of different viewpoints and experiences.
Privacy: Respect others' privacy. Do not record, photograph, screenshot, or distribute personal information without clear permission.
No Harassment: Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to offensive verbal comments, discriminatory jokes, and unwelcome attention, will not be tolerated.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional and appropriate demeanor. Be mindful of your actions and how they contribute to the overall environment.
Constructive Criticism: Provide helpful, constructive feedback rather than criticism. Be open to receiving constructive feedback in return.
No Spamming: Avoid disruptive behavior, spamming, and excessive advertising.
Respect Intellectual Property: Do not use copyrighted material, trademarks, or band names without appropriate permissions.
Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to all instructions and guidelines provided by event organizers and moderators.
Reporting Unacceptable Behavior: If you witness or experience any violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it promptly using the feedback form or by contacting an event organizer or moderator.
Consequences for Unacceptable Behavior: Unacceptable behavior will result in removal from the event and may result in further actions, depending on the severity of the violation.

DH24 Event Privacy Policy

DH24 Terms and Conditions

General Participation: By participating in DH24, attendees agree to comply with all rules and regulations outlined in the event's Code of Conduct, guidelines, and these Terms and Conditions.
Registration and Payment: All participants must complete the registration process and make any necessary payments before the start of the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance.
Intellectual Property: Participants retain ownership of any intellectual property they create during the event. However, they grant DH24 organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and reproduce their submissions, in whole or in part, for promotional and marketing purposes.
Privacy Policy: All personal information submitted during registration will be handled in accordance with DH24’s Privacy Policy, which participants agree to upon registration.
Online Safety and Behavior: Participants must adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Code of Conduct to ensure a safe and inclusive event for all. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate removal from the event.
Reporting Issues: Any concerns or issues should be promptly reported through the designated feedback form or to an event organizer.
Event Modifications: DH24 organizers reserve the right to modify the event's schedule, format, content, or speakers at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with DH24 will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
Acceptance of Terms: Participation in DH24 constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Attendees who do not agree to these terms should not register or participate in the event.
